# Plans and billing

> Free plan with 5 labels forever, or Unlimited at €149/year flat — no per-label fees.

Vinum E-Label has exactly two plans. No per-label fees, no tiers, no surprises at print time.

## The plans

The Free plan is not a trial. Five labels, every feature, forever. Unlimited is one flat price for your whole range — whether you bottle 6 wines or 60, it's still €149/year.

## Upgrading to Unlimited

    Sign in and go to your account's **Billing** section, or use the upgrade prompt shown when you hit the label cap.

    You're taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Pay by card; the subscription renews yearly.

    Your account is upgraded immediately — the label cap is lifted and you can keep creating.

## Managing your subscription

Everything self-serve, no emails needed. In **Account → Billing**, open the customer portal to:

* Update your payment method
* Download invoices and receipts
* Cancel the subscription

If you cancel, Unlimited stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

## What happens at the free plan cap

When you have 5 labels on the Free plan:

* **Everything you have keeps working.** Existing labels stay editable, published pages stay online, QR codes keep resolving.
* Creating a **6th** label requires Unlimited.
* Deleting an unpublished draft frees up a slot.

## What happens if you cancel Unlimited

* Your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period.
* **Every published label stays online, permanently.** QR codes printed on bottles keep working — we never take a published label offline because of billing. See the [QR permanence promise](/en/guides/qr-code-workflow).
* You can't create new labels beyond the 5-label Free cap until you upgrade again.
