The label management workflow keeps working copies separate from published QR-accessible e-labels.

Draft review

Before publishing a draft:
  • Confirm the wine identity and producer details.
  • Check ingredients and allergens against the actual product.
  • Check nutrition values and units.
  • Confirm all required market languages are available.
  • Scan the QR code preview on mobile devices.
  • Compare the digital page with the physical package label.

Updating active labels

Digital labels can be updated without reprinting every physical label, but updates should be controlled:
  • Correct factual errors promptly.
  • Keep stable URLs in place.
  • Avoid changing the product identity behind a QR code.
  • Keep a record of material changes when labels are already in market.
  • Coordinate updates with packaging, compliance, and support teams.

Future bulk workflows

The app roadmap includes bulk label import, export, and QR downloads. Until those features are productized, treat bulk workflows as operational tasks that need extra QA around field mapping, language coverage, and published URL stability.
