Draft review
Before publishing a draft:- Confirm the wine identity and producer details.
- Check ingredients and allergens against the actual product.
- Check nutrition values and units.
- Confirm all required market languages are available.
- Scan the QR code preview on mobile devices.
- Compare the digital page with the physical package label.
Updating active labels
Digital labels can be updated without reprinting every physical label, but updates should be controlled:- Correct factual errors promptly.
- Keep stable URLs in place.
- Avoid changing the product identity behind a QR code.
- Keep a record of material changes when labels are already in market.
- Coordinate updates with packaging, compliance, and support teams.
